INTRODUCING JANICE MORGAN, CLUB ADMINISTRATOR
The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Janice Morgan has accepted the position of Club Administrator for Kiwanis Club of Milwaukee. Janice will begin her duties on Monday, July 9, 2007. Her work experience includes human resources administration, accounting and clerical, restaurant food service, and running a home day care business. Janice graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire with a Bachelor of Arts & Science, Majoring in Social Work. She recently completed a Microsoft Excel class at Waukesha County Technical College. She has worked in different administration positions where she gained experience in coordinating meetings, setting up staff training, and working independently. Please join us in welcoming Janice Morgan to Kiwanis Club!
WE STILL NEED YOUR HELP!!!
The Board has made it clear to Janice that all she needs to do is ask for assistance and the members will be there to help her with day-to-day operations, large projects and special events. The Kiwanis Office is in need of VOLUNTEER/S to assist in the office duties. We are asking Club members to continue volunteering with the daily job responsibilities, special events, phone calls, emails, weekly meetings, PR, and confirmation letters. We are counting on the Committees to fulfill their obligations when completing committee work. We have all come to realize the importance of the Club Administrator position. We must keep in mind that we can’t expect the office to complete all services of the Club.
