LET’S ALL GO TO THE FAIR!
Randy Prasse, Executive Director of the Wisconsin State Fair, has been responsible for the day-to-day management of Park operations since December 2004. Randy will be presenting an overview of the 2007 State Fair and year round Fair Park operations. The Wisconsin State Fair, “The Grand Champion of Summer”, is now entering its 156th year- and the 115th year at its current site in West Allis. With annual attendance near 900,000, the Wisconsin State Fair prides itself as being the largest and best family-friendly event in the region.
In 2000, Randy was chosen as Executive Director of Milwaukee’s East Town Association, known for its popular downtown programs and special events- Bastille Days, Jazz in the Park, Gallery Night & Day and East Town Market. Randy currently serves as the President of the Wisconsin Festivals & Events Association (WFEA), the Wisconsin Affiliate Chapter of the International Festivals & Events Association (IFEA), where he also sits on the President’s Advisory Council.

LET’S VOLUNTEER!!!
The Board has made it clear to Janice that all she needs to do is ask for assistance and the members will be there to help her with day-to-day operations, large projects and special events. We are counting on the Committees to fulfill their obligations when completing committee work. We have all come to realize the importance of the Club Administrator position. We must keep in mind that we can’t expect the office to complete all services of the Club.
